Finance and Human Resources Division (F&HR) provides the following key services to the Company:
 Shore
Personnel & Administration:
Recruitment, retention, application of ADNOC/NGSCO
personnel policy and procedures to all NGSCO staff
working at our head office and subsidiary offices.
Marine
personnel:
Recruitment and retention of the seagoing officers
employed directly by NGSCO for service on our vessels.
Legal
and insurance: Verification and signatory
of all contracts between NGSCO and third parties;
provision of supporting legal advice; assessment
of company risk and placement of appropriate insurance.
Finance:
Budget preparation and analysis, cost control, financial
reports.
