Technical Basic Function
1. Directs the company's technical and engineering
services of all LNG, LPG and Sulphur carriers on
bareboat/ time charter/ voyage charter and contracts
of affreightments.
2. Establishes and enforces, effective monitoring
and interaction standards which ensure on-going
technical efficiency, reliability and safety.
3. Provides the overall marine engineering and technical
supervision, expertise and guidance in all shipping
matters, locally and overseas
